The application of a triangular management system in educational management involves a structured approach to planning, implementing, and evaluating educational processes. This model emphasizes the interconnection between three critical components: educational policy, resource management, and stakeholder involvement. Each of these components plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of educational services.

Planning: within the triangular management framework necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the educational environment, including the formulation of policies that prioritize quality and efficiency. According to Widodo, effective educational management must focus on quality-oriented strategies that encompass policy formulation, resource allocation, and performance monitoring (Widodo, 2024). This aligns with the findings of Polishchuk and Horbatiuk, who argue that a systematic approach involving all employees in the educational institution's activities is crucial for achieving quality and efficiency (Polishchuk & Horbatiuk, 2023). Furthermore, the integration of stakeholder perspectives, as highlighted by Achlison and Mufadhol, is essential for fostering collaboration between educational institutions and industries, thereby enhancing the planning process through shared experiences and strategic decision-making (Achlison & Mufadhol, 2018).

 

Implementation:   of the triangular management system requires a robust framework that supports the execution of educational policies and the effective use of resources. The research by Kharomah et al. emphasizes the importance of resource management, particularly in the context of Islamic education, where waqf management plays a significant role in sustaining educational activities (Kharomah et al., 2023). Additionally, the findings from the study on school-based management indicate that high-quality implementation of management practices, including educator management and infrastructure management, is critical for achieving educational goals ("The Evaluation of School-Based Management Implementation in the Laboratory School of Universitas Negeri Malang: A Descriptive Examination", 2019). This is further supported by the work of Ujianti, which underscores the need for systematic management processes that encompass various aspects of educational activities, including curriculum and facilities management (Ujianti, 2021).

 

Evaluation : is a crucial phase in the triangular management system, as it assesses the effectiveness of both planning and implementation. The evaluation process should be comprehensive, involving feedback from all stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement. For instance, the study by Dancza et al. illustrates the significance of iterative evaluation processes in educational settings, which can enhance the professional development of educators and improve student outcomes (Dancza et al., 2021). Moreover, while Fitzgerald et al. discuss the need for educational frameworks to align with recognized educational principles, their focus is primarily on disaster health education, which may not directly apply to general educational quality assessment (FitzGerald et al., 2010). The integration of quality management practices, as discussed by Aniskina and Терехова, also contributes to the systematic evaluation of educational organizations, ensuring that quality standards are met (Aniskina & Терехова, 2019).


In conclusion, applying a triangular management system in educational management involves a holistic approach that integrates planning, implementation, and evaluation. By focusing on quality-oriented policies, effective resource management, and stakeholder involvement, educational institutions can enhance their operational effectiveness and improve educational outcomes.
